An "Indent Item" is a product that is not currently stocked in our regular inventory. Instead, it is sourced or ordered directly from the manufacturer or supplier when you place an order with us. This process allows us to offer a wider range of products, including unique or less commonly available items, that may not be part of our standard stock.

Subject to availability, this indent item should ship to you within 7 days under usual circumstances. If there are any supply issues or delays, we'll update you.

We ship to NZ and AUS. Most standard orders have calculated shipping fees at checkout.

Large or bulky orders may incur additional shipping fees, and we'll contact you to discuss options and extra costs.

Certain items are NZ only and/or pickup only due to size, hazard, or other delivery restrictions.

Not all delivery options are visible for every product to every locations.

Economy Courier: We will send your parcel by the cheapest courier to your location using either Castle Parcels, Post Haste, Aramex or NZ Post.

NZ Post: We will courier your parcel only via NZ Post.

Oversized order: Shipping surcharge may apply, in addition to amount already paid.

Oversized item: Shipping options and costs will be discussed with you, or item may need to be picked up.

Our target delivery* estimates are:

• Auckland 1-3 working days
• North Island 2-4 working days
• South Island 3-6 working days 
• Allow extra 1-4 working days for non-urban &/or rural deliveries
• Australia 1-3 weeks

*Delivery times may vary depending on your exact location. Delays can occur within the courier networks during peak times.

Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase. Some indent items are excluded.
