Change of mind returns
Eligible purchased products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, special order items, indent products, fabric, Warwick Feet, foam, most products sold by the cut meter (or similar unit of measurement)**, custom-made or custom-cut items, second-hand items, clearance or final sale items, seconds, or gift vouchers. Some special orders, bulk purchases, and meterage products may be returned within 30 days subject to a restocking fee and min/max quantity restrictions.
Returned items must be in an unused, original, re-saleable condition and in original packaging if applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The cost and liability of shipping the returned products back to us are your responsibility.
If your return request is accepted we will provide a store credit or refund of the original purchase price, excluding shipping, within 5 working days of receiving the item/s.
Delivery Damages and Issues
Please inspect your parcel within 5 days of receiving it to ensure everything is correct, complete, and undamaged.
If your parcel arrives damaged or has missing items, contact us within 5 days.
Faulty Issues
If you receive a faulty item, please email us at admin@mollies.nz. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to return the item. If your claim is accepted, we will refund the original purchase price, including shipping, within 10 business days.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty. This may be a refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the issue. Our policy does not cover, but is not limited to, issues such as general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or improper care, or items that have been altered or modified.
