Custom Cut Foam Terms Of Service

Thank you for requesting a custom-cut foam quote

 

Timeframes

• Quotes typically take approx 1-2 days and will be sent to you by email.
• Your quote will be valid for 30 days, giving you ample time to decide.
  
• Once your order is placed and full payment is received, your custom-cut foam will be ready for pickup within 5 to 15 working days.

Returns

• Custom-cut foam is non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged, amended, or returned for recutting. Please ensure all measurements are correct before placing an order.

Fulfilment

• Sorry, we do not offer courier delivery for custom-cut foam.
• Orders must be collected from our store during Mollies regular opening hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am – 4 pm).

Abandonment

• We will hold your foam for 30 days from the date of notification that your order is ready for collection. If your order is not collected within this time frame, it will be considered abandonment. We reserve the right to dispose of or repurpose abandoned foam without further notice and no refund will be issued. 

Foam Specifications

• We supply quality Dunlop foam, cut to your specified dimensions and quantities.
• Standard quotes are for geometric shapes only.
  
• Pattern cuts can be arranged on request—please enquire for details.
• There are many foam grades available, beyond the ones featured on our site, including options for packaging, medical, furniture, outdoor, craft, display and marine use.
